Nancy Lieberman Foundation Programs

Basketball Camps and Clinics

Nancy Lieberman's basketball camps/clinics are provided, free of charge, to qualified young girls and boys of all ethnicities between the ages of 5-17. Lieberman leads each session, including demonstrations of basketball skills and drills, while stressing the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork and goal-setting. At these camps, basketball is used as a tool to teach students valuable lessons such as staying in school, leading a healthy lifestyle, saying "no" to drugs and alcohol, making positive decisions to achieve goals and building confidence and self-esteem. Lieberman stresses self-improvement, health and fitness, working together and a winning attitude. These fundamental teachings are a significant focus at each camp session. Nancy Lieberman Educational Scholarships

Presented by: Joe and Elaine Eazor Family

&

Gary and Christine Jones Foundation

The Nancy Lieberman Foundation greatly appreciates the support of Joe and Elaine Eazor as well as Gary & Christine Jones who make our work possible. The Eazors and the Joneses have ensured that we can continue to offer our students educational opportunities and prepare them for a successful future. Thanks to the generosity of the Eazor and Jones families, the Nancy Lieberman Foundation is able to award two educational scholarships by offsetting tuition costs and providing a meaningful source of encouragement and recognition which motivates students to achieve their goals and fulfill their academic aspirations.

The Nancy Lieberman Foundation will award two (2) DFW high school student-athletes who have excelled in academics and on the sports field, and that have made a positive impact in the community. Each college scholarship is in the amount of $10,000 and is based on their essay and application form. To be eligible, the recipient must participate in Junior Varsity or Varsity athletics at least one year prior to applying for the scholarship. Please click here for an application.
